I was Rich’s neighbor for many years and also had the opportunity to work with him on our neighborhood HOA Board. Rich is a true public servant. He’s smart, hardworking, and knows how to get things done. If given the opportunity to serve, Rich will do good things for the Lee’s Hill district and Spotsylvania County.
